I wanted to share with you all... I found a workaround.....which may be new with this release, or maybe its just been around and we haven't sene it before.
On Activities create a custom field called "Calendar". Formula field. Return the field
Then you can pull this new field into the repot, and filter on it.

Hello Rocio: Just to clarify, you CAN report on tasks/events created on your user's calendars. You can NOT report on additional (resource) calendars created to serve other purposes.
We needed a calendar to plan/track our tradeshow appearances and requests for tradeshow materials. Our stop-gap solution was to "borrow" a user calendar (our accounting department doesn't use their SF.com calendar) so that we could report off of it.

This truly is insane as Kyle says below. Basic need!!!! Yet again, something functionally basic de-prioritized, while new and incomplete "beta" functionality gets all the development resources. Keep selling new functionality but don't fix basic needs from existing functionality; IT'S A PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR WITH SFDC. I've been an SFDC Admin for almost 10. This sat for 2 Years before Product Mgmt finally announced that it's not on their roadmap. However, this need is 4 YEARS OLD. Admins are BEGGING for a solution. Sigh, smh. Come on, it's really hard to be passionate about a product when it's a constant uphill battle for basic needs.
