It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that it has taken this long to get anything completed on this. From a CX standpoint, I'm so dissapointed in Salesforce at this point. 6 years this has been a discussion. 3 months ago we were told this was "highest priority". If my company/brand took 6 years to provide resolution to a customer pain point, if it took 3 months to implement a "highest priority" solution - we would lose customers. So sad.

100 points to this idea so necessary.

I too put 100 coins on this one.  However, I wonder why that's necessary since 3 months ago SF said: "This is the highest priority in our roadmap - we are actively building a new solution and fast tracking this effort with joint engineering effort across multiple teams."

I gave all 100 coins to this one, so please increase the limit to something worthwhile - 10 or 15 is not enough.

100 points from me but only because "Allow custom Text Area (Long) fields on Activities." is STILL NOT THERE!!!!

    +1 to ReportWatch

Finally, a free app that does what Salesforce claimed was impossible: let us subscribe to more than five reports, with conditions.

This is essential for our quality assurance workflows, as it lets us generate alerts ONLY when something violates our business process requirements. THANK YOU!
(And thanks Ted for the tip)

After 6 years this idea still out of sfdc road map, we tried many appExchange , but they don't allow conditions on Email Alerts, i just found a new app that help get unlimited subscriptions with conditional Email Alerts.

5 subscriptions is really low limit, my sales team need to keep track of many metrics through reports's notifications
Currently we are using an App that do the Job and allow an illimited number of subscriptions.
    it's https://report-watch.com , it may help.

Sometimes Salesforce is very powerful tool and is a great investment, and other times you can only subscribe to 5 Dashboards.

I must be honest: I pushed hard to upgrade our SF edition to enterprise because your limits almost become nothing we will reach anytime soon.  As such, the fact this limit is set so low is very poor planning.  Especially when your article states it is a hard coded number.  Hard coded numbers are simple changes, find and replace.  You hard coded it, you can change it.

    Hi Friends
For the time being, what i am doing as an Admin is, there are 5 subscription avaiable to each user, so any report or dashboard we need to schdule subscribe to multiple people, login as another manager in system and from his/her ID subscribe the Report and dashboard to all the team members. This way we are utilising multiple subscription 5 x XXno.
wherever the security is required or report is to show only data of viewing person lock the running user filter so that no one can change that and person team member sees only his data.

Hope this will help in some way till the time we get proper solution.

    Thanks
