We've just published an update to our app, the Scheduled & Subscriped Reports Manager, which helps admins visualize where and how their report subscriptions are being used. If you'd like to try the latest version, it's available for 30 days via our package link: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t6g000007zIMN or through our AppExchange listing here: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000FAgN6UAL

Please, add this feature! At this point, it is illogical limiting the subscription to just 5 reports.
We live in the Big Data era. It is imperative to be able to get everybody updated with the right data on the right time, in order to let them take better decisions.

Prioritization of Salesforce functionality updates seem to focus too much on bells and whistles, rather than customer need. Our organization would greatly benefit in the sharing of report information in a timely manner, and the Lightning PDF Service, if it can accomplish that goal, needs to be available ASAP. If not, I would rather be able to allocate the reports across the orgainization as needed. CFO and COO need far more than 5, technicians need MAYBE one or two. Let's make the PDF Service happen with the Summer'21 release, and don't upcharge us for it, or tier the quantites for ever-increasing subscription amounts.
